All product that are custom made cannot be returned.

Marble is a natural material and therefore two products made from the same type of marble will still have differences.

We offer our customers pictures of different marble slabs so they can choose the one, that should be used for their product.

Marble is a quite soft and porous material. By cleaning it correctly, you will avoid stains. You should always avoid acidic detergents.

For daily cleaning, we recommend to use a damp microfiber cloth, warm water and if needed detergent designed specifically for marble.
